Most often prepared from titanium, the solution is increasingly often used in dentistry around the world. They perfectly imitate real tooth or teeth and successfully replace them for many years. As they are placed within the bone (they ‘osseointegrate’ with it, meaning the bone and titanium root fuse together) the best solution to present, explain and teach the method is to use an implantation model.

At Promedics we create realistic medical phantoms, which perfectly resemble real bones. They are widely used for presentation as well as for teaching purposes. The accuracy of details provide the students with an ideal environment to learn this complicated procedure step by step and effectively practice it during classes.
What is more, due to using innovative artificial materials, the hardness of the implantation model can be adjusted according to the hardness of the bones, resulting in even more realistic training conditions.
Apart from standard versions, at Promedics we can prepare for you customised, OEM solutions according to your individual order. Their size, form, hardness as well as other parameters can be modified in order to fit in with your use of the implantation model.

The technology and artificial materials we employ during the production stage allow us to imitate the feel, functions and structure of a real bone. Lately, we have also introduced imitations based on CT images, which let us design and prepare even more precise solutions, perfectly imitating the characteristics of the bone.

Surgical guides for the implant treatment planning using CT, STL files, and 3D printing. We offer our models for implant training with DICOM and STL files for download for implant planning purposes as well as for implantation templates. It is also possible to provide guide based on delivered file and information about the planned implant procedure. STL files are available for 10-1030, 10-3040, 10-3050, 10-5070 models.

The dental bone holder for all maxilla and mandible models dedicated for phantoms. The ball head mounted in the handle makes it possible to set the model in any position. Replacing the model is easy and fast. The handle provides full stabilization of the model during training in the previously selected position. It is possible to put on the surface of the base the name of your company in accordance with the provided pattern.

Suture Training Model. This model enables the participant to practice their suturing skills. It is built with an ergonomic base with a mounted removable mucosa. The membrane is characteristic to that of the natural mucosa, it also contains an imitation periosteal layer. It enables participants to gain techniques in all aspects of suturing used in dental surgery procedures. Thanks to its large surface area it is possible to perform multiple cuts to give multiple training sessions. Set is composed of holder and 4 replacement mucosa sheets.  Model dimensions 140 mm x 100 mm x 30 mm.

    Rigid foam blocks for implantation system mechanical testing size 50 x 50 x 50 mm. Material properties cover a broad range of human bone qualities allowing to select an appropriate density for your study and different test. Available in four densities comparable to D1, D2, D3, D4  in the densities interval ASTM F-1839-08 range from 0.08g/cc up to 0.80g/cc.

    That material is a good alternative to human cadaver bone. Solid rigid polyurethane foam provides a uniform structure with only +/-10% variation in density.This closed cell foam conforms in wide range ASTM F-1839-08 “Standard Specification for Rigid Polyurethane Foam for Use as a Standard Material for Testing Orthopaedic Devices and Instruments” in the field of densities, dimension stability, crack, voids, compressive strength, etc. Below are listed main mechanical parameters of blocks:

    Bone block. Made of two layers, to replicate cancellous and cortical  bone. The model has two layers with differing thicknesses of cortical material. Sizes of block 100 mm x 140 mm x 30 mm. Cellular rigid polyurethane foam is primarily used as an alternative test medium for human cancellous and cortical bone. The model is made to a standard hardness similar to that of natural bone, available in varying hardness
