DENTAL IMPLANTATION MODEL

Most often prepared from titanium, the solution is increasingly often used in dentistry around the world. They perfectly imitate real tooth or teeth and successfully replace them for many years. As they are placed within the bone (they ‘osseointegrate’ with it, meaning the bone and titanium root fuse together) the best solution to present, explain and teach the method is to use an implantation model.

At Promedics we create realistic medical phantoms, which perfectly resemble real bones. They are widely used for presentation as well as for teaching purposes. The accuracy of details provide the students with an ideal environment to learn this complicated procedure step by step and effectively practice it during classes.
What is more, due to using innovative artificial materials, the hardness of the implantation model can be adjusted according to the hardness of the bones, resulting in even more realistic training conditions.
Apart from standard versions, at Promedics we can prepare for you customised, OEM solutions according to your individual order. Their size, form, hardness as well as other parameters can be modified in order to fit in with your use of the implantation model.

The technology and artificial materials we employ during the production stage allow us to imitate the feel, functions and structure of a real bone. Lately, we have also introduced imitations based on CT images, which let us design and prepare even more precise solutions, perfectly imitating the characteristics of the bone.

Surgical guides for the implant treatment planning using CT, STL files, and 3D printing. We offer our models for implant training with DICOM and STL files for download for implant planning purposes as well as for implantation templates. It is also possible to provide guide based on delivered file and information about the planned implant procedure. STL files are available for 10-1030, 10-3040, 10-3050, 10-5070 models.

Model for apicoectomy training. This model is designed demonstrating and practice periapical surgery. The root canals of the right central incisor and right first premolar are opturated wit gutta-percha, and there is a significant periapical lesion around the apex. The model comes with a gingival mask that is suitable for incision and suturing.

Maxilla model for zygomatic implantation. The model is intended for training with “zygomatic implants”, "pterygo-maxillary implants" dedicated for hands-on implantation to the retromolar region as so as for the nose cavity region. The densities of bone is D3.

Maxilla partially edentulous model with soft tissue and sinuses. The model has also teeth in position 14, 13 and 23 and socket in position 17. It has also bone loss in the healed 12. The model is covered with mucosa. The Maxilla model is prepared for augmentation, sinus lift, mucosa cutting, suturing and implantation training with different lengths and diameters (left and right side sinus bone thickness is 3 - 5 mm, and 9 – 12,5 mm wide). Both sinuses are covered with a thin and delicate Schneider membrane. The model has nose cavity. It can be used to most phantom heads on the market (suggested manikin PROMEDICUS 11-1000) or with model holder 10-9001.

A model of the jaw with teeth in positions 11, 13, 14, 23, 24, 25 and 27, the absence of teeth in the healed positions 21, 22, 26, 15, 16. Extraction socket in positions 17 and 12 for training in early and immediate implant placement. It is made of a homogeneous material with properties similar to that of natural bone. The model is covered with imitation  mucous membranes, which can be cut and sutured. It is suitable for training in treatment planning and implant placement. This model is also beneficial for presentation and demonstration purposes.

The model can be used alone or with the most popular phantom heads inc PROMEDICU 11-1000 or model holder 10-9001.
