DENTAL IMPLANTATION MODEL
Most often prepared from titanium, the solution is increasingly often used in dentistry around the world. They perfectly imitate real tooth or teeth and successfully replace them for many years. As they are placed within the bone (they ‘osseointegrate’ with it, meaning the bone and titanium root fuse together) the best solution to present, explain and teach the method is to use an implantation model.
At Promedics we create realistic medical phantoms, which perfectly resemble real bones. They are widely used for presentation as well as for teaching purposes. The accuracy of details provide the students with an ideal environment to learn this complicated procedure step by step and effectively practice it during classes.
What is more, due to using innovative artificial materials, the hardness of the implantation model can be adjusted according to the hardness of the bones, resulting in even more realistic training conditions.
Apart from standard versions, at Promedics we can prepare for you customised, OEM solutions according to your individual order. Their size, form, hardness as well as other parameters can be modified in order to fit in with your use of the implantation model.
The technology and artificial materials we employ during the production stage allow us to imitate the feel, functions and structure of a real bone. Lately, we have also introduced imitations based on CT images, which let us design and prepare even more precise solutions, perfectly imitating the characteristics of the bone.
Check the details of the production technology, parameters of our products and order standard or custom-made implantation model for your needs.

Solid rigid polyurethane foam provides a uniform structure with only +/-10% variation in density. This closed cell foam conforms in wide range ASTM F-1839-08 “Standard Specification for Rigid Polyurethane Foam for Use as a Standard Material for Testing Orthopaedic Devices and Instruments” in the field of densities, dimension stability, crack, voids, compressive strength, etc. Below are listed main mechanical parameters of blocks:

The model of the jaw with retained wisdom teeth for installation in phantoms 10-3022
The model of the jaw with retained wisdom teeth for installation in phantoms. Jaw is based on the previous model 10-1039 and is designed for learning the extraction of retained teeth and removing teeth adjacent to them. The model has four teeth with roots from 37-38 and 47-48. The teeth are made of a new material that is as hard as natural teeth. The crown of the retained wisdom tooth is above the surface of the bone and is tilted towards the adjacent tooth. The second wisdom tooth is completely covered by bone and is almost horizontally. N

The model of the jaw with retained wisdom teeth for installation in phantoms 10-3047
The model of the jaw with retained wisdom teeth for installation in phantoms. The jaw is based on the previous model 10-1039 and is designed for learning the extraction of retained teeth and removing teeth adjacent to them. The model has four teeth with roots from 37-38 and 47-48 and a mucousa membrane. The teeth are made of a new material that is as hard as natural teeth. It is equipped with a plate (catalog number 10-3001) that allows it to be mounted in training phantoms. The crown of the retained wisdom tooth is above the surface of the bone and is tilted towards the adjacent tooth. The second wisdom tooth is completely covered by bone and is almost horizontally.

The edentulous jaw model is designed for training in immediate implant 10-5077
The edentulous jaw model is designed for training in immediate implant placement. Its unique design with 14 empty sockets of varied geometry allows for training under conditions closely resembling real clinical cases. The variety in the width and depth of interradicular septa enables the practical mastery of implantation techniques, both standard and more advanced, which is invaluable in the educational process.
